Lithography is a planographic printmaking process based on the principle that grease and water repel each other. Using greasy media, images are drawn directly onto a stone or metal plate. During printing, the drawn areas attract ink while the non-image areas repel it, allowing for precise and nuanced impressions. I primarily use positive photo litho plates, which enable the transfer of photographic and hand-drawn imagery with fine detail.
